Whether you sign up for Retiremap or Amp, customer support is a critical part of the value Boulevard R provides.

For Retiremap, the support team will:

• Create collateral material branded for you
• Do a demo for the plan sponsor’s decision-makers
• Do an initial webinar to plan participants, once the plan sponsor signs up
• Provide ongoing support by sending email activation links to participants and working with you to address any opportunities or issues that arise

For Amp, the support team will:

• Create and manage email campaigns to your contacts
• Create a marketing plan with key resources and best practices
• Consult with you on opportunities to reach broader audiences and truly leverage Amp’s capabilities
