About Your Name
I am a fee based planner.
I strive not only to help clients manage their financial goals but also make them more attentive and understanding of the decisions being made. My goal is not just to help build financial assets but to make the most of my clients' personal circumstances and dreams.
I helped found the firm to bring true, fee-only financial planning to the San Francisco Bay Area, and beyond. We do not accept commissions, referral fees, 12b-1 fees, soft dollar benefits or any rewards from vendors. We are only paid by our clients, thus our loyalty lies solely with them. All fees are disclosed prior to the beginning of our relationship.
We are a FIVE STAR Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager, awarded again in 2009 by an independent research firm, published in Bay Area magazine.

I have been featured in publications including the San Francisco Chronicle, East Bay Express, InvestmentNews the Journal of Financial Planning, and Money Magazine. Active in the Financial Planning Association (FPA), I helped found FPA's NexGen, a community of young financial planners, and chaired the first conference in 2006. I was voted by peers as one of the five most influential practitioners in the country in 2007 ("Financial Planning" January, 2007 Movers & Shakers).
