About Todd Smith, CFP
Todd Smith is a fee only financial advisor.
Todd provides clients with a personalized, needs-based financial plan that is built around their personal circumstances, goals, dreams, and values. Todd's primary goal is to understand the specific situation and needs of each client and then create a plan that will help Todd's clients achieve their lvfe goals.
As a financial planner, Todd creates comprehensive plans to help clients achieve their goals. Part of the process is also educating clients on the decisions that go in to making these plans, why exactly they are being made and some of the possible circumstances that their decisions may have.
In particular, Todd specializes in 401(k) rollovers, investment and asset management and retirement planning. Todd can apply this additional expertise and knowledge in these fields to financial plans to better serve clients as they plan for different stages of their lives.
The needs and interests of Todd's clients will always come first. Todd always acts in a fiduciary capacity and limits all potential conflicts of interest. In addition, Todd specializes in planning for women business owners, pre-retirees, and those who need a trusted advisor to provide unbiased, ethical, and competent advice.
Experience
Todd has close to 15 years experience assisting individuals, families, and businesses achieve the financial security they both desire and deserve. Todd was employed by two of the largest and reputable financial firms prior to becoming an independent financial planner and coach in 2005. Todd has been interviewed in both local and national media, served on the board of Directors for the FPA in 2008 and 2009, has published several articles, co-authored a book on insurance, and speaks regularly.
